The order of the apps displayed on the platform (“ranking”) is basically controlled by an algorithm from CUPRA. The ranking is based in particular on the following parameters:

The order is based on the alphabetical order of the respective categories. Within the categories, the apps are also arranged in alphabetical order.

When searching in the Store, both individual apps and matching apps from predefined app categories are displayed (e.g. “Music, News & Podcasts”, “Sports and Games”, etc.).

The search is performed based on the search term entered by the user. It is applied across app names, the respective publisher, the category names and on the basis of synonyms.

The results are displayed in the following order:

1. Products from section Tab01 in the left sidebar, called “Store”
2. Apps from section Tab02 in the left sidebar, called “Apps”
3. Categories from section Tab02 in the left sidebar, called “Apps”
4. Synonyms
