The present Privacy Policy aims at explaining when and why we collect your personal data, and how we use them, by using SEAT Drive Mii App application (hereinafter, the “Drive Mii App” or “Application”).

How do we use your personal data? SEAT, S.A. (hereinafter, “SEAT”) will process the personal data you provide us, as well as any other personal data that SEAT may have access as a consequence of your navigation, for the following main purpose:

Guarantee the correct functioning of the Application and the services offered through it. For this, it will be necessary to have access to the data related to the geolocation so that it can send the information that the user requires about the details of the routes and places in relation to where it is and where it is interested. You can deactivate the geolocation at any time through the settings of your device, taking into account the limitations of use of the application that this could imply.

The processing of your personal data for the purpose abovementioned is necessary for the provision of the service.

What categories of data do we process?

In the context of functionalities offered by the Application, and subject to the purposes you previously consented, SEAT will process data relative to the VIN of your vehicle, as well as the geolocation of your device.

How long do we retain your personal data? SEAT will retain your personal data as long as necessary to provide you with the functionalities included in the Application, in any case, until you ask for their elimination. In any case, we will retain your data to comply with any legal requirements corresponding to each category of data.

What is the lawful basis for processing your personal data? The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the provision of the service for the execution of the Contract, as detailed in the [Terms of Use ].

¿What other recipients will the data be disclosed to? SEAT could communicate your personal data to third parties, in compliance with the legal obligations which correspond in each case.

What are your rights as affected individual? You can exercise the following rights before SEAT in your condition of data subject:

• Access: You can get information if SEAT processes your personal data, as well as consult your personal data included in the SEAT files.

• Suppression: You may request the deletion of your personal data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes that were collected.
